Architectural Technologist Opportunity

As a key member of the team, the Architectural Technologist will be responsible for managing their own workload, running projects from RIBA stages 4-7, and producing high-quality design details.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the residential sector, preferably in affordable housing or private developers, and possess a strong understanding of building design and construction principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage own workload and run projects from RIBA stages 4-7
  • Produce high-quality design details using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Assist with projects from concept to completion

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the residential sector, preferably in affordable housing or private developers

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
