Deputy Store Operations Manager

About the Role:
- You will be working closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
- As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in motivating and managing a small team of 4-6 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Your commitment to offering honest advice and guidance to customers will be essential in building trust and driving business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can expect a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
