Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Technician to join our team, responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will work in a state-of-the-art workshop, utilizing your technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostic tests and repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles
  • Completing service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards
  • Providing accurate and skilled diagnostic reports on customers' vehicles
  • Completing relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs, and service reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 3 NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Experience working in a technical role within the automotive sector
  • Fantastic communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure and overcome any challenge that may arise
  • An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification (advantageous but not essential)
  • MOT Licence (beneficial but not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence
