About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team at Chartwell, working closely with the Garden & Outdoors Manager/Assistant Head Gardener. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced gardener to contribute to maintaining the highest standards of horticulture and enhancing the experience of visitors to the garden and wider estate.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about plants and has hands-on gardening experience. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about hard landscaping, machinery, and maintenance. A full driving license is also essential. As a demanding outdoor role, you should be able to manage your time effectively, work independently, and be confident in leading projects. Good communication skills and the ability to work with volunteers and within a team are also crucial.

Salary and Benefits
