Job Overview

This varied and practical role supports front-line nursing staff in delivering great patient care. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, managing stock, and working closely with the nursing team. We are a small team that empowers staff to work independently and support each other to provide resilience across the service, prioritizing patient care.

Main Duties

Meet and greet patients, deal with patient inquiries, and provide non-clinical information. Order, allocate, and set up CPAP equipment, and record clinic attendances. Maintain good working relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with stakeholders in a professional manner.
