Job Description: Real Estate Tax Advisory Manager

Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Real Estate Tax Advisory Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment, managing a portfolio of clients and delivering complex tax consultancy projects & tax compliance assignments for a range of clients across the real estate sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage your own portfolio of clients, working with partners/directors (or alone) on complex tax consultancy projects & tax compliance assignments.
  • Project Leadership: Lead transactional work, delivering tax structuring and due diligence for real estate M&A activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers in the team and across the firm to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Business Development: Support the partner/director team with business development for existing, new, and prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Significant UK corporate tax gained within the profession and/or industry.
  • Credentials: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) and/or CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA).
  • Skills: Excellent project management, working with various teams including cross-border work, strong awareness of specialist taxes and their application in the real estate sector, demonstrable experience of managing people and clients, experience of dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
