Job Description: As a Prototyping and Engineering Services Expert, you will be responsible for producing prototype parts and equipment using various hand and machine tools, as well as working in electrical test labs to validate prototype builds. You will also collaborate with all teams within Engineering and the rest of the business to ensure successful prototype and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be responsible for managing delivery of own objectives and preparing for regular performance management meetings.

This role involves travel to support testing at UK and overseas facilities, with a salary of approximately £52,000 - £62,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce prototype parts and equipment using various hand and machine tools
  • Work in electrical test labs to validate prototype builds
  • Collaborate with all teams within Engineering and the rest of the business
  • Manage delivery of own objectives and prepare for regular performance management meetings

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
