About the Role
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to support a young lady with cerebral palsy in her own home. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication administration, and accessing community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including PEG feeding and PEG care
- Administer medication as required
- Support with accessing day centers and other activities
- Form a supportive relationship with the individual and their family
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to form a supportive relationship and provide companionship
- Full training will be provided
