About the Role

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Waste Dataflow system, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports that drive business decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work with our Management Information Officer to develop and implement effective financial strategies. Your expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, will be invaluable in administering reporting tools and extracting information from multiple databases.

A strong understanding of financial systems, external/internal payments, and costing information is essential for this role. You will be expected to facilitate timely, accurate, and up-to-date financial reporting in accordance with our Financial Regulations and Standing Orders.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage the Waste Dataflow system and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Administer reporting tools, extract information from multiple databases, and provide analysis to inform future waste strategy planning.
  • Facilitate timely, accurate, and up-to-date financial reporting in accordance with our Financial Regulations and Standing Orders.
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
