About the RoleWe are looking for a quantity surveyor who can provide expert advice on all aspects of construction cost management, from initial project planning to final account settlement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £300-400 per day, depending on experience. The contract is expected to last approximately 18 months.

Requirements- Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a quantity surveyor in civil engineering, preferably with a leading contractor.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will also have the following skills and qualifications: Strong understanding of construction law and contractual procedures; Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, concise reports; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
