Financial Accountant

Robert Walters UK is currently working with a fast-growing FMCG organisation based in Bracknell to assist in recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join them on an interim basis of 3 months initially, with a view to going permanent for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Financial Controller for some of the company's entities, managing compliance activity across these and assisting with the production of statutory accounts.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of R&D tax credit calculations and liaise with key stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
- Support the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the Financial Controller with the weekly cash flow forecasting process for the group.
- Stay up-to-date with corporation Tax, VAT and international tax legislative change requirements.
This role is initially being offered on a 3-month interim basis with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. Our client is based from offices in central Bracknell and offers hybrid working (3 days office and 2 days home).
Our client is looking to offer a competitive day rate and are looking for someone to start ASAP.
