Your Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and developing individualized care plans. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN), proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar setting, compassionate approach to care, and clear DBS Check.
