Visual Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a creative and innovative leader to join our team as a Visual Manager in our flagship North East store in Newcastle. This store has undergone a stunning transformation, and we need someone to lead the in-store visual team to deliver exceptional visual presentation standards.

- Regularly review individual performance of Team Managers, managing underperformance and celebrating success.
- Expert ability to execute windows to best-in-class standards and adapt to varying environments.
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing management team to deliver excellent visual implementation, customer service, and KPIs.
- Substantial understanding of commercial, operational, and people processes and systems.
- Use data and MI to identify visual, commercial, cost savings, and customer opportunities to increase profit.
