Job Description
We seek additional Nurses who are passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a personal and direct role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where residents feel secure and valued while retaining their dignity and self-respect.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. A caring nature, proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively are essential skills. Good communication and relationship-building skills, flexibility, and adaptability are also required. We value colleagues who respect everyone, treat others as they would expect to be treated, and have a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.

Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&C's apply), employers' pension contribution of 3%, annual NMC fees paid, and Wagestream - a money management app that allows you to access a percentage of your pay as you earn it. We also provide uniform, DBS check costs, 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays), fully funded training and development, support with personal development plans, and the opportunity to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
We estimate the total yearly salary to be around £41,600 based on 2080 working hours per year.
