About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical services, including plumbing, heating, and water systems. They will work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and maintain high standards of safety and security.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
- Experience working on commercial or industrial heating and water or building services systems
- Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating), and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £39,921 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, Bank Holidays, and a range of non-contractual benefits, including Death in Service at 4x salary, access to private GP consultations, and an Employee Assistance Programme offering counselling and information services.
