Quality Manager Role
This position is key in leading, managing, and developing the Quality Department to achieve business objectives. The Quality Manager will be responsible for on-time manufacturing of high-quality products through leadership, planning, and execution of work.
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and principles, quality leadership experience for a business manufacturing engineered products, and good knowledge of processes, including HS&E best practices.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for promoting the company's absolute focus on safety as a number one priority, maintaining quality management systems, and driving down DPPM and NCR rates to supply chains, improving factory first-pass yield. The focus will be on zero defects.
This role has a real focus on rolling up sleeves and putting in the work to make change and inspire how the organization thinks about the purpose of a strong Quality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Department to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Drive down DPPM and NCR rates to supply chains
- Promote a culture of safety and quality
Requirements
- Detailed understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and principles
