Role Overview:
As a White Goods Service Technician at Currys plc, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' appliances are in top condition. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and repairing a range of white goods, from washing machines to refrigerators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vans and manage your day effectively, working independently to resolve customer issues.
- Test, diagnose, and repair white goods in customers' homes, providing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Build and maintain a strong reputation for Currys plc as a home services expert, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in white goods repairs, with a strong understanding of technical knowledge and procedures.
- Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) are highly desirable.
