Pharmaceutical Business Development Specialist
About the Role:Acolyte Group is seeking a Pharmaceutical Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients, and to achieve organic growth with existing clients.
- Market Research: Conduct research on the pharmaceutical industry, including trends, regulations, and market challenges.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Establish and pursue activity targets required to generate new business for Acolyte Group.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal and Presentation Development: Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in business development management or sales to the pharmaceutical market place.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
