About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Shaw Trust's Supported Internship programme team. As an Intern Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting team spirit, inclusiveness, and supporting interns with neurodivergence and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting interns with neurodivergence and disabilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Providing excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Traveling to Supported Internship sites across London to meet and support interns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of completing or assisting on a Supported internship programme
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software
  • Good verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
