Cleaners:

Clean the interior of the train, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for passengers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Hoovering the inside of the train
  • Wiping and disinfecting handrails and walls
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning the interior of the windows


Duties also include:
Cleaning the interior of carriages, ensuring a hygienic environment for passengers. Interaction with customers on platforms, taking instructions from train drivers and guards.


Late Night Posting Operative:

Operate a smartphone, using it to receive orders and perform tasks as required.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Using a smartphone to receive orders and display information on a board
  • Waiting for instructions and performing tasks as required
