Exciting Opportunity for a Court Usher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Usher. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our courts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the courts for sitting, ensuring all necessary documents and equipment are in place.
  • Work closely with judges and court staff to prepare documents for cases, both in-person and remotely via Microsoft Teams.
  • Process court clerking tasks, including uploading documents to electronic systems and databases.
  • Communicate with parties, schedule court appearances, and serve court documents.
  • Collect fines and fees, and execute warrants as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
