We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Deaf Education Support Specialists at a residential school in Berkshire, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals who are profoundly deaf.

**Salary:** £13.41-£14.44 per hour (competitive)

This role involves working 8-hour shifts in residential houses, fostering positive relationships with students, and contributing to a safe, secure, and stimulating environment that aids in their learning and development. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and passionate about supporting young people. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and flexibility to work shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, and sleep-ins, are essential.
