Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mig and Tig Welder to join our client's friendly family run business. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Mig and Tig welding on various metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job
  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding techniques
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds

Pay and Hours:

£15.00-£18.00 per hour

40 hours per week
