Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Position

Remedy Education is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Complex Needs Support Assistant to join our team at a top Secondary school in South East London.
The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with a female student and be responsible for assisting with the following tasks:
- Administering medication through a tube
- Changing and flushing a feed pump
- Providing personal care
- Carrying out physiotherapy (tailored to the student's needs)
- Operating a cough assist machine
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Knowledge of strategies for working with young people with challenging behaviours
Contract Details:
- Location: South East London
- Contract: Full-time
- Rate: £105 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
