We are Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm with a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Our teams work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing decisions
  • Work closely with partners and the pitch team to ensure accurate pricing and financial information
  • Provide pricing support to groups and sectors, becoming a trusted advisor to the business
  • Assist partners in understanding financial and pricing levers in their respective areas
  • Undertake financial modeling and scenario analysis to support pricing decisions
  • Become a key contact for client-facing fee negotiations and meetings
  • Support the development and delivery of pricing-related projects
  • Monitor compliance with firm-wide pricing policy and conduct post-completion reviews
  • Produce and interpret financial information and analysis for departments, partners, and fee earners
  • Manage and develop a small team of pricing analysts
  • Deliver training collateral to the Partnership and other functions to share pricing best practice

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Pricing or Commercial Finance in the Legal sector or professional services
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, professional-level business services employees, and peers
  • Experience leading cross-practice and multi-jurisdictional proposals or similar complex projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Educated to degree level or higher, preferably in a related field
  • CIMA, ACCA, or MBA qualification preferred
