Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages of varying sizes and weights to homes within the agreed time window.
  • Ensure packages are delivered to the correct address and in perfect condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polite and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Actively encourage customers to provide positive feedback.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Follow tachograph laws and regulations at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on time windows and potential delays.
  • Practice correct manual handling techniques when handling packages.

Requirements:
