About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to RedCat's high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to guests and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage cash and stock effectively, using EPOS systems to accurately record customer orders and take payments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
