Boutique law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their Hale offices.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working closely with the Partner on a caseload of Corporate matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Sales and purchases
- Reorganisation initiatives
The successful candidate will ideally have 0-2 years' PQE, excellent client care skills, be well organised and work well as part of a team.
