Job Description

We are seeking a Community Support Assistant to join our team in Rotherham. As a Community Support Assistant, you will work in both hospital and community settings, providing much-needed support to adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive housing-related support to adults in hospital and community settings
  • Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for service users
  • Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to tackle social exclusion

What We Offer

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including 27 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and flexible working options.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The successful candidate must also undergo an enhanced DBS check.
