Job Description: As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the electrical systems at our client's manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a good understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems.

About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team on a 4 on 6 off shift. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, including panels, sensors, relays, safety circuits, and motors. You will also react to breakdowns, perform planned preventative maintenance, and oversee maintenance activities to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain electrical systems, including panels, sensors, relays, safety circuits, and motors
  • React to breakdowns
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Oversee Maintenance activities, ensuring planned maintenance is applied to all equipment to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of electrical engineering, strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills, and experience working within an FMCG environment. You will also need to have qualifications minimum NVQ level 3, apprenticeship, city, and guilds – electrical.
