Job Title: Regional Property Surveyor

Join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL) as a Regional Property Surveyor, responsible for managing the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across our shared and unilateral network.

About the Role

The Property and Legal Department is responsible for ensuring that partners and suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the network property estate. As a Regional Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day estate management in your allocated sites, providing pragmatic, prudent, and consistent advice to third parties to ensure the cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment, and Transmission functions.
  • Provide support to Shareholders, Suppliers, and Contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, especially in the context of renewals.
  • Act as a first stop reference for property-related matters, including New Code Agreement renewals and Cabling wayleaves.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Property knowledge and experience working in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, or Small Works Contractor environment or for a Chartered Surveyor in a commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
  • Property-related qualifications, such as knowledge of the Code (Digital Economy Act).
