**Job Overview**
We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Perth & Blairgowrie. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Relief Support Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting individuals to manage their own homes and increase their independence
- Encouraging and supporting individuals with their social, health, and wellbeing needs
- Assisting individuals to access leisure facilities and engage in meaningful activities
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare. In addition, you'll be part of a supportive team environment that values your contributions and well-being.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Great communication skills
- A positive attitude with a solution-focused approach
- Good team working skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- A willingness to learn and use new systems and technology
- The ability to apply good administrative and numeracy skills to ensure that clear, accurate records are evidenced and kept up to date
- An understanding of the importance of keeping to routines and guidelines
- The ability to cook

We're dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support possible, so shift patterns for our services involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.
