Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of clients in Newport. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert tax advice and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Lead a portfolio of corporate and personal clients, including entrepreneurial private companies and subsidiaries of large groups.
  • Tax Compliance Affairs: Oversee client tax compliance affairs and day-to-day client management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Varied Tax Advice Work: Provide significant exposure to varied tax advice work on client portfolios and handle ad-hoc queries from clients.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues to help manage a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors, providing guidance and support where needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Tax Compliance: Proven experience in personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory matters, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, based on experience.
