Job Title: Teacher of Business Studies

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher of Business Studies to join our team at The John Roan School. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential in the field of business studies.

About the Role:

As a Teacher of Business Studies, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering Level 2 Business Studies courses that are popular and successful at both levels. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and extracurricular activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Business Studies to students at Key Stages 4 and 5
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assessments, and extracurricular activities
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Mentor and support students to achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to the development of the Business Studies department
