Financial Reporting Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Assistant Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Business Services and Outsourcing team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts, consolidations, and cash flows for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our delivery and provide additional services to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with UK reporting standards, including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS, and related financial reporting requirements.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong working knowledge of UK reporting standards and related financial reporting requirements.
- Previous experience preparing and/or reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations, and cash flows.
- Evidence of ability to research technical accounting matters and provide expert advice to clients.
