Footwear Product Specialist

The Footwear Technologist will be part of the dedicated Technical team and will report to the General Technical Manager. Working within a small team, this role will be hands-on and will handle a range of footwear across men's, women's, and kids'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experienced in footwear within the fashion industry
- Highly knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to interpret relevant legislation to ensure compliance
- Strong ability to risk assess product and understanding testing and performance
- An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Driven and results-oriented
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail

About the Recruitment Process
The interview process will consist of two interviews:
- Initial interview via MS Teams with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team
- Second interview, in person with the General Technical Manager and a member of the HR Team
