About the Role

We are looking for a talented Chef to support Josh and lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary artistry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, with 3 AA Rosette or Michelin experience preferred but not imperative. This is a great opportunity for a passionate chef to learn new skills, different cooking techniques, and achieve accolades in a dynamic and supportive environment.
