Job Title: Junior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Physiotherapist to join our team at Spire Murrayfield Hospital. As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy department.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Physiotherapist to expand their experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide assessment and treatment to patients with a range of conditions, including orthopaedics, general surgical, respiratory, medical admissions, oncology, and elderly care.

As a Junior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to develop your musculoskeletal skills in outpatients, with regular one-to-one training and supervision. You will also have the chance to work in a ward setting, treating a diverse inpatient caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality assessment and treatment to patients in the ward setting and outpatients.
  • Treat a diverse inpatient caseload, including orthopaedics, general surgical, respiratory, medical admissions, oncology, and elderly care.
  • Develop musculoskeletal skills in outpatients, with regular one-to-one training and supervision.
  • Work effectively with patients, consultants, and colleagues to provide excellent patient care.
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • BSc Hons or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate solid clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
  • Computer literate with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
