We're looking for a Dealing Services Representative to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a Dealing Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and secure message.

Key responsibilities include supporting customers by placing and executing deals over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for dealing with and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.

This role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English, and competence with Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

This is a 40-hour-per-week role with varied shift patterns on a rota basis, covering opening times; Monday to Friday 8am till 9pm, and to include some bank holidays.
