About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Bus Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all passengers receive a high level of care and attention.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the bus, adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance targets and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • A full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and passengers.
  • A positive and professional approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
