About the Role: As a Rhythm Dance Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-energy dance classes that inspire and excite our members. You'll work across our clubs, teaching a range of dance styles, including Dancehall, commercial dance, and Ballet Barre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dance classes that meet the needs of our members
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of dance styles and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create engaging and effective class content
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a dance instructor
  • Pole instructor qualification and relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
