We are the largest sexual violence support provider in Wales, delivering 30 years of specialist therapeutic services to adults and children affected by rape, sexual assault, or abuse.

Main Tasks:

  • Provide face-to-face and telephone support to clients, including crisis advocacy and wellbeing services.
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments using the SAS tool to develop individual service plans.
  • Support clients through the criminal justice system, explaining procedures and professionals' roles, and advocating for special measures.
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding issues, working within a multi-agency framework.

Essential Experience:

  • A good understanding of SARC services and experience working with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience conducting needs assessments and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and previous experience working in a multi-agency setting.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
