About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated SEN Support to join our team, working closely with Year 6 pupils and providing individualised support to students with SEN. As a SEN Support, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the teaching staff to provide one-to-one support to students with SEN
- Develop strategies to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to parents and carers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SEN support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities. Located in a well-connected area, this role is ideal for candidates passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.
