Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Recovery and Productivity Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient collection of products across the UKI and managing the performance of our third-party partners. Key responsibilities include facilitating collections, identifying non-compliance, and implementing asset productivity projects and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation of Asset Productivity Projects & Strategy
  2. Support training plans and compliance measures to maintain quality of 3rd party agents
  3. Attend EU Field and local Asset Management meetings
  4. Monitor RPs and country performance of Minor D's in countries of operation
  5. Liaison with Logistics and Operations to ensure recovery optimisation and to achieve SLA targets
  6. Some European travel and the need to work outside normal office hours

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/account management/customer-facing roles
  • Commercial experience, process improvement & operational experience
  • Knowledge of Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chains
