Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and advice to individuals experiencing substance misuse
  • Work collaboratively with our team and other social care services to identify and address client needs
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with clients
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Work effectively with other social care providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Continuously learn and reflect on best practices to improve client outcomes
