Job Summary:

Mountain Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Retail team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information to the Retail team, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development of a culture of financial awareness and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly management information to the Retail team with comprehensive commentary on cost drivers and variance analysis.
  • Hold commercial review meetings with the Retail Directors and their teams to provide actionable insights and improve business performance.
  • Identify drivers of overspend and support the Retail team to ensure delivery and control of their budget.
  • Evolve month-end reporting and analysis to better communicate financial performance to key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of a culture of financial awareness and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience working in a large company.
  • Retail experience is essential.
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to drive improvements in a high-growth business.
