Digital Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Director to join our Advertising Sales & Paid Media team at Little Dot Studios Limited.
This autonomous role is responsible for driving sales revenue, engaging with media agencies, and maintaining client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital video advertising sales, digital ad business strategy, and digital media planning and purchasing.
The role involves two key aspects: Revenue & Opportunity Development; and Trade Engagement & Business Planning.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the structure of people working on all current and prospective clients, media agencies, and trading desks.
- Create strategic plans to grow the investment from defined patches.
- Drive sales revenue, prioritising client prospecting, meetings, and proposals.
- Prepare and sell market-leading campaign-winning responses to briefs.
- Seek out and act on the right opportunities to present to clients.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, independent, and have a significant drive to exceed sales targets through key relationships.
