  • Advise on business immigration matters, including Tier 2 Sponsor Licences and compliance audits.
  • Work closely with the Employment and Immigration teams to provide expert advice on PBS cases, Family Visas, Visitor Visas, Business Visitors Visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and British nationality matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Upwards of 3 years' experience in advising on business immigration matters.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
