Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our vending machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain vending machines at client locations, ensuring they meet quality standards and are in perfect working condition.
  • Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with vending machines, conducting repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Routine Inspections: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure the longevity of vending machines.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client enquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical assistance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of vending machines.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of electro-mechanical systems, with experience in diagnosing and repairing coffee and vending machines or similar equipment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to service calls outside of regular business hours.
  • Driving License: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Education and Experience: Technical certification or relevant work experience in a related field.
