Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Brainkind Neurological Care Centre, you will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Working with the team to implement and reinforce rehabilitation goals, strategies, and procedures
• Monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients and alerting senior colleagues as necessary
• Maintaining morale by communicating and interacting with clients
• Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
• Contributing to the enhancement of our clients' experience by reviewing and suggesting improvements
About You:
• Proven experience in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• IT skills, including accessing and using the internet, email, and word processing software
